 Breast Feeding Support – hints & tips.

La Leche League will be at the Fayre – to offer advice and support for all who are or wish to breastfeed their children.

They will be running a workshop which explains some of the myths as well as giving realistic hints and tips on how to overcome problems and balance breastfeeding with the rest of our lives. Do bring your questions, concerns and experiences to the workshop.

 Ante-natal workshops.

These workshops will be run by Child Birth Nature’s way- expert in taking care of all your needs throughout your pregnancy and after the birth of your child.

First Aid demonstrations for Babies and young children - find out what to do in an emergency and practice on the life size dummies.

 Pamper Area with creche facility.

Learn how to relax even with a family ! – speak to the experts and try taster sessions in aromatherapy massage, Indian Head Massage, reflexology, mini facials, mini manicures – also buy products good for you and your skin.

Creche facility available for baby upwards provide by Just Learning Nurseries – Southwell - fully trained, CRB checked staff.
Situated within the pamper area – fully visible from treatment spaces – NO EXCUSE NOT TO TAKE THAT PRECIOUS TIME OUT!

Activity Taster Sessions and Craft Activities

There are so many activities for babies through to pre-school – meet some of the people who run them and join in the taster sessions running throughout the day. Music, Dancing, baby signing, fitness, yoga the list goes on…….
